Regional Head Teacher of The Year 2010
Head Teacher Royston Halford was named the Winner of the Northern Region for the National College Award for Secondary Head teacher of the Year in June 2010. The ‘Northern Region’ included Yorkshire and Humberside, Cumbria, as well as the whole of the North West. Mr Halford will attend the National College Teaching Award UK Ceremony in October 2010 where he will be in competition with six other regional finalists for the prestigious title of UK Head teacher of the Year 2010.
