Geography

This WMA is northeast of Lockport, NY in the Town of Hartland. It is five miles (8 km) south of Lake Ontario.

This is a small WMA unit, consisting of about 385 acres (1.56 km2), partly wetland.

Hartland Swamp WMA is north of Ridge Road, NY-104.

Hartland Swamp is several miles north of the larger Tonawanda Wildlife Management Area.
