Harabote Muscle (ハラボテ・マッスル?) is a supporting character in Yudetamago's manga series Kinnikuman and its sequel Ultimate Muscle (Kinnikuman Nisei). He is usually referred to as Iinchō (委員長, , Chairman?). In the English adaptation of Ultimate Muscle, Harabote is renamed Vance McMadd as a parody of WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) owner Vince McMahon, and the federation is renamed the Intergalactic Wrestling Federation (IWF). His children Ikeman and Jacqueline are based loosely on Shane and Stephanie McMahon.

Because the Kinniku family became the Muscle family in the English adaptations of Ultimate Muscle, Harabote Muscle was renamed Vance McMadd.
