- Jordan: 32,524 (126 km2.) 14 barangays
- Nueva Valencia: 35,026 (137 km2.) 22 barangays
- San Lorenzo: 22,319 (93 km2.) 12 barangays
- Sibunag: 17,552 (120 km2.) 14 barangays
