Chairperson and Members
The current chairperson is Ms Patricia A Lynch.
While an appeal panel will consist of the Chairperson and 2 others, there are no other 'members' of the GREAT. The 2 'others' sitting on an appeal panel will consist of one person nominated by the employer and one by the employee's union. The purpose is to get a 'balanced' decision on appeal.
