English Goosebumps R.L. Stine Before the rating system came, this program was originally rated GB-7, for considering to be inappropriate for viewers under the age of 7, from 1995. Later in 1996, when the TV ratings system came, it was then rated TV-Y7, from 1996-2000. On Cartoon Network airings, it was re-rated to TV-PG. Then on The Hub, it was re-rated back again to TV-Y7, but with the fantasy violence content added in. (TV-Y7-FV)
