Girolamo "Jimmy Dumps" Palermo (born 1938 Ortley Beach, New Jersey) is the longtime underboss of the DeCavalcante crime family in Elizabeth, New Jersey, under the imprisoned boss Giovanni "John the Eagle" Riggi.
