Post-partition Resettlement
The majority of Ghorewahas, who were Muslim, migrated to Pakistan in and after 1947 and settled mostly in the Punjab Province, most notably in the districts of Sargodha, Sahiwal, Chichawatni, Okara, Multan, Sialkot and Faisalabad (then Lyallpur).
