The George Ryder Stakes is a Group 1 Australian Thoroughbred horse race at Weight for age run over a distance of 1,500 metres at Rosehill Gardens Racecourse, Sydney in April. It is run on the same day as the Golden Slipper Stakes. The prizemoney in 2012 was A$404,900.
