Gary Warren

Gary Warren (born 5 July 1954 in Neasden, London) used to be an English child actor, best remembered for his role as Peter in the 1970 film The Railway Children. He also played Cedric (Owl Face) in the TV series Catweazle (1971), and in the sitcom Alexander the Greatest (1971).

Warren retired from acting in his mid-20s. In October 2009 and September 2010, Warren was interviewed on BBC London 94.9 by Danny Baker about his activity since leaving the acting profession. Despite various claims, he has never worked in the fur trade or lived in Canada. He currently lives in Oxfordshire and works for a fashion company. In 2011 he attended the annual Catweazle convention much to the delight of club members and Geoffrey Bayldon.
