Impact
Future Leaders published a report by Learning Plus UK in July 2012, after they were commissioned to look into the impact that Future Leaders are having in schools. Among the findings, Learning Plus UK found that schools with senior leaders who have been trained on the Future Leaders programme are, on average, improving GCSE performance faster and have significantly smaller attainment gaps, than comparable schools.
