Frieza - Voice Actors

Voice Actors

In the original Japanese version, Frieza is voiced by Ryƫsei Nakao in all media. In the PlayStation game Dragon Ball GT: Final Bout, he was voiced by Eddie Frierson. In the Ocean dub of the Dragon Ball Z series, he was voiced by Pauline Newstone. In the Funimation dub, Frieza has been voiced by Linda Young who continued to voice Frieza in the video games, and other media of the series over the span of 10 years, until the role was re-cast in Dragon Ball Z Kai (after episode 1), where he is voiced by Christopher Ayres (making him Frieza's first male English voice actor in the anime) who confirmed he would voice Frieza in all future video games, although in Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi, there were some voice recordings of Young's mixed in with his. In the Blue Water dub of Dragon Ball GT, he was voiced by Maureen Jones.

Famous quotes containing the words voice and/or actors:

It is singular to look round upon a country where the dreams of sages, smiled at as utopian, seem distinctly realized, a people voluntarily submitting to laws of their own imposing, with arms in their hands respecting the voice of a government which their breath created and which their breath could in a moment destroy!
    Frances Wright (1795–1852)

It has no share in the leadership of thought: it does not even reflect its current. It does not create beauty: it apes fashion. It does not produce personal skill: our actors and actresses, with the exception of a few persons with natural gifts and graces, mostly miscultivated or half-cultivated, are simply the middle-class section of the residuum.
    George Bernard Shaw (1856–1950)
