Fred Quillan

Frederick David Quillan (born January 27, 1956 in West Palm Beach, Florida) is a former professional American football offensive lineman from 1978 through 1987. During that span he appeared in two Super Bowls: Super Bowl XVI and Super Bowl XIX for the San Francisco 49ers. He played college football at the University of Oregon. He has three children: Kyle Quillan, Colby Quillan, and Kenneth Quillan.
