Franklin Clarke

Franklin Clarke (born February 7, 1934 in Beloit, Wisconsin) is a former American football wide receiver in the National Football League for the Cleveland Browns and Dallas Cowboys.

He was named after Franklin D. Roosevelt, the 32nd president of the United States.
