In early 2008, as part of a deal to return the Kansas City Royals to FSN, Fox Sports Kansas City was spun off Fox Sports Midwest as the new FSN affiliate for the Kansas City market.
There is also a separate feed for Indiana Pacers and Indiana Fever games called Fox Sports Indiana.
