Foreign Relations Of Nagorno-Karabakh
The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic is currently recognized only by other states with limited recognition: Abkhazia, South Ossetia and Transnistria. In 2013, a member of Uruguay's foreign relations committee stated that his country could recognize Nagorno-Karabakh's independence.
The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic is member of one international organization: the Community for Democracy and Human Rights also commonly known as Commonwealth of Unrecognized States, or rarely as CIS-2 (Содружество непризнанных государств, СНГ-2). In 2012 the Parliament of New South Wales, an Australian state, called upon the Australian government to recognise Nagorno-Karabakh.
