Flora Chan
Flora Chan Wai-Shan was born in 30 May 1970 in Hong Kong. She is a Hong Kong television and film actress. Along with Maggie Cheung Ho-yee, Kenix Kwok, Jessica Hsuan, and Ada Choi, she is known as one of the Top 5 "Fa Dans" (term used for actresses with high popularity) of TVB from the mid 1990s to mid 2000s.
