Since 1997, Mladost was supported by various fan groups. The first fanclub of Mladost was formed in 1997 and named "Red Devils". They were formed out of Konik neighborhood residents, and had very few members. "Red Devils" existed for three seasons.
Since the 2001, Mladost was supported by "Krvopije" (blood-drinkers), made out mostly from people living in neighbourhoods near the Cvijetni Brijeg Stadium.
One short-lived supporter group of Mladost is known as "Cikotići", and it consisted at the season 2006-07, out of about 50 members.
