FIP Tag Team Championship

The FIP Tag Team Championship is a professional wrestling tag team championship owned by the independent professional wrestling promotion Full Impact Pro (FIP). It is currently the third ranked championship in FIP, where it is conteted for in their tag team division. It was created and debuted on April 22, 2005 at FIP's The Usual Suspects event.

Being a professional wrestling championship, title reigns are not won legitimately; they are instead won via a scripted ending to a match or awarded to a wrestler because of a storyline. There have been a total of 12 reigns, among 22 different wrestlers and 11 different teams. The current champions are Dos Ben Dejos (Eddie Cruz and Jay Rios), who are in their first reign as champions.

Famous quotes containing the words tag and/or team:

I believe in the flesh and the appetites,
Seeing, hearing, feeling, are miracles, and each part and tag of me
    is a miracle.

Divine am I inside and out, and I make holy whatever I touch or am touch’d from,
The scent of these arm-pits aroma finer than prayer,
This head more than churches, bibles, and all the creeds.
    Walt Whitman (1819–1892)

    Is my team ploughing,
That I was used to drive
    And hear the harness jingle
    When I was man alive?
    —A.E. (Alfred Edward)
