Fiat Albea

The Fiat Albea is the european version of the global Fiat Siena, the sedan car derived from Fiat Palio supermini, built in Turkey at the Tofaş facilities of the Italian automaker Fiat. It is the replacement for the Siena in Europe and has been in production since 2002. It has a similar design with its South American equivalent but a longer wheelbase. It is a low cost sedan, aimed to developing countries markets.

The Albea was designed by the Italian designer Giorgetto Giugiaro. A facelifted version is available since 2006, with a new front end, no moldings and the round Fiat badge on the center of the trunklid.

From 2006 to 2011 the Albea was assembly in CKD in Russia in Naberezhnye Chelny in the Sollers plant.
