Falling (accident)
Falling is the second leading cause of accidental death worldwide and is a major cause of personal injury, especially for the elderly. Builders, electricians, miners, and painters are occupations with high rates of fall injuries. The World Health Organization estimates (2012) that 424,000 people die in falls every year.
