Ezra Zask

Ezra Zask is the author of Global Investment Risk Management, The E-Finance Report, and Grow Your Wealth: How to Manage Your Portfolio and Control Risk Like a Pro.

Ezra Zask is the founder and President of SFC Associates, a consulting firm that provides comprehensive litigation support, expert testimony, and consulting services involving hedge funds, private equity and investment management; securities and complex financial instruments; corporate finance; banking and brokerage industries; and valuation and damage analysis.

Ezra Zask has founded a hedge fund focused on currency and interest rate arbitrage, advised and raised assets for hedge funds and fund of funds, conducted hedge fund manager searches, and managed large scale trading operations and strategic positions for money center banks. Zask has also worked as a litigation support expert in a number of cases for the Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Government of Canada, the NASD, and major law firms. Zask currently works as President of Ezra Zask Advisors, which provides hedge fund advisory services to high net worth individuals, endowments, pension funds, and funds of hedge funds. He has also worked as an expert witness for the CFTC and the government of Canada on hedge fund related issues.

Ezra Zask is Professor in the Practice in Finance at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, teaching seminars on hedge funds and wealth management. He has taught similar courses as an adjunct professor at the Yale School of Management, the Fordham Graduate School of Business, Princeton University’s Bendheim Center for Finance and at the Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business. Zask holds a BA from Princeton University and an MA and M.Phil. from Columbia University.
