Changes 1998–2003

- Roger Hutchinson lost the Northern Ireland Unionist Party whip and sat as an independent unionist from 30 November 1999.
- Roger Hutchinson joined the Democratic Unionist Party on 16 November 2000.
- Roger Hutchinson left the Democratic Unionist Party and contested the 2003 election as an independent unionist.
