  • Burlington County Bridge Commission (New Jersey/Pennsylvania)
  • Chicago Skyway (Illinois)
  • Delaware Department of Transportation (includes Delaware Turnpike and Delaware Route 1)
  • Delaware River and Bay Authority (Delaware/New Jersey) (DRBA E‑ZPass merged with New Jersey in June 2011)
  • Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission (New Jersey/Pennsylvania)
  • Delaware River Port Authority (New Jersey/Pennsylvania)
  • Illinois State Toll Highway Authority
  • Indiana Toll Road Concession Company
  • Maine Turnpike Authority
  • Maryland Transportation Authority
  • Massachusetts Department of Transportation
  • New Hampshire Department of Transportation
