History

Karl M. Doeren & Co. was founded in 1932 by Karl M. Doeren in Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan. In 1941 Bruce R. Mayhew joined the firm. He was named partner in 1944 and the firm's name was changed to Doeren Mayhew & Co. in 1951. Also, in 1951 the firm relocated the company offices to Detroit. In 1979 Doeren Mayhew & Co. moved to their offices to Troy, Michigan. In 1984 the firm's name was modified to be Doeren Mayhew & Co., P.C..
