District of Columbia Route 295 - Route Description

Route Description

DC 295 starts at a split from I-295 at the 11th Street Bridges in Anacostia. From there, it continues northeasterly along the Anacostia River to the DC-Maryland border. DC 295, I-295, and the Baltimore-Washington Parkway, while administratively distinct, form one continuous freeway linking the southern portion of the Capital Beltway to Baltimore. Do be careful to obey the speed limits, as there are photo speed trap cameras set up to generate revenue for the district. Mileposts continue the sequence of I-295 from the split. Frontage roads near the north end are known as Kenilworth Avenue, which is the name of MD 201 after splitting from the main freeway. DC 295 is part of the National Highway System.

By whatever means it is accomplished, the prime business of a play is to arouse the passions of its audience so that by the route of passion may be opened up new relationships between a man and men, and between men and Man. Drama is akin to the other inventions of man in that it ought to help us to know more, and not merely to spend our feelings.
    Arthur Miller (b. 1915)

An intentional object is given by a word or a phrase which gives a description under which.
Gertrude Elizabeth Margaret Anscombe (b. 1919)
