The film had a weak heart in the United States, suffered a financial haemorrhage in the second weekend, grossing $ 54,000 on screens, crashing to 51st position on the box-office chart from 27th. But it fared far better in the United Kingdom. It has remained at No 14 there on 22 screens for two weeks.
