Competition
On 1 October 2008, Tring Digital began transmitting terrestrially and via satellite. Tring Digital is the first official competitor of DigitAlb since AlbaniaSat ceased broadcasting. Tring broadcasts 25 channels but the business strategy and marketing was insufficient and had no force to penetrate the market and practically the competition is not existing due to the extreme popularity of Digit-Alb in and outside the country (Albania and Kosovo).
