Contraindications
Some of these contraindications are relative:
- Existing gastrointestinal ulceration
- Cushing's syndrome
- Severe forms of heart insufficiency
- Severe hypertension
- Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
- Systemic tuberculosis
- Severe systemic viral, bacterial, and fungal infections
- Pre-existing wide angle glaucoma
- Osteoporosis
