Matthew Hoffman (born November 18, 1988 in Owasso, Oklahoma) is a minor league baseball pitcher in the Detroit Tigers organization.

Hoffman was drafted by the Detroit Tigers in the 26th round of the 2007 Major League Baseball Draft. He was added to the Tigers' 40 man roster after the 2011 season to protect him from the Rule 5 draft. He was designated for assignment and removed from the 40 man roster on December 10, 2012.
