Dead Homiez was filmed on location in South Central Los Angeles, in 1996. Two of some of the best rappers were the main stars of the movie. They were the Notorious B.I.G. (who played as himself) and 2Pac (who also played as himself). The movie also stars, Treyvon Green and Cynthia Berry. The director of the movie was Billy Wright.
