Davey Williams (born March 10, 1954, in Minden, Louisiana, USA) is a former professional American football player who played running back for five seasons for the San Francisco 49ers and Chicago Bears. The biggest highlight of his career came on Thanksgiving Day 1980, when during a game against the Detroit Lions, he returned the opening 95 yards for a touchdown, ending what was at the time, the shortest overtime in NFL history.
