He was married to Shahar Banu Begum Sahiba at Banganapalle in 1863. She was elder daughter of Mansur ud-Daula, Nawab Sayyid Ghulam Muhammad Ali Khan II Bahadur, Jagirdar of Banganapalle, by his third wife, Humar Afza Buva.
