Daniel Mann (football Reporter)

Daniel Mann (b. Edinburgh, 1981) is a British television football commentator, working mainly for Sky Sports.

Mann began his career in 1999 with Liverpool commercial station Radio City as a news presenter and football commentator.

He made his Sky Sports debut in 2006 and has subsequently covered several live Football League and UEFA Champions League matches, whilst also commentating on Premier League matches for Football First.

In April 2010 Mann commentated with Alan Smith on the first live match on the Sky 3D channel, Manchester United against Chelsea. At the end of the season he commentated on 3D broadcasts of the 2010 FIFA World Cup, including the final between the Netherlands and Spain. In his 3D role he has described two UEFA Champions League finals and two Football League Championship Play-off Finals.

On 18 October 2010 Mann made his full Premier League commentary debut. He commentated on Blackburn against Sunderland with Kevin Phillips on Sky Sports 1.
