Czech Republic Davis Cup Team

The Czech Republic Davis Cup team represents the Czech Republic in Davis Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Czech Tennis Federation. The Czech team was started in 1993, following the Czechoslovakian break-up.

The Czech Republic won the Davis Cup in 1980, as Czechoslovakia and 2012 as Czech Republic in Prague.

The team currently competes in the World Group. It has played in the World Group in all but one year since it was created in 1981, sharing this record with Sweden and United States, and hold the record for consecutive years in the World Group of 25 (1981–2005).
