Culture Of Ghana

Ghana is a country of 24.6 million people, comprising one southern and northern geographical native ethnic groups; the Akans in Akanland, the Dagomba in Dagbon (Northern Ghana), and one geographical native southern and northern languages: the Akan language in Akanland, and the Dagbani language in Dagbon (Northern Ghana), with different dialects of each of the two languages spoken in Akanland, and in Dagbon, English is the official language. The culture differs from one of the ethnic group to the other. Immigrant languages are also spoken in Ghana, mostly by Illegal immigrants and the non–Ghana ethnic groups who are predominantly from various West African countries and in Ghana illegally.
