Marriage and Family
Marianne was the daughter of Helge Lindberg and his wife Thyra Dahlman.
Her first marriage was to Gabriel Tchang, the son of a Chinese Minister in Stockholm. They had three children:
- Robert Gabriel Tchang (1948-2012)
- Richard Antoine Tchang (1950-1952)
- Marie Gabrielle Tchang (b.1953).
Her second marriage was to Sigvard Bernadotte, né a Prince of Sweden as the second son of King Gustaf VI Adolf of Sweden and his first wife, Princess Margaret of Connaught.
She was a guest at the 2010 Wedding of Victoria, Crown Princess of Sweden, and Daniel Westling.
