ConClave has several established traditional attractions, most notably a well-supplied Convention Hospitality Suite, a Saturday Night Costume Ball, a merchandise and art area, several tracks of programming of interest to its membership, an art auction, awards ceremonies for various groups within fandom, and a loyal following of staff and panel participants which include the SpaceTime Theater improv group and the support of the venerated Dorsai Irregulars volunteers.
Recent additions to Conclave retinue have been a "Chocolate Ritual" in which ravenous attendees are unleashed upon an unsuspecting horde of donated chocolate, a fiction writing workshop, and a book donation drive to supply new and used genre books to US servicemen stationed in Iraq, Afghanistan and at sea.
