Clyde Wijnhard

Clyde Wijnhard (born 1 November 1973 in Paramaribo, Suriname) is a former Dutch professional football player.

In a career spanning over ten years, Wijnhard played for Leeds United, Huddersfield Town, Oldham Athletic, RKC Waalwijk, Willem II, S.C. Beira-Mar and Brentford.

Wijnhard appeared most recently for Bramham FC of the Harrogate and District Association Football League, who he joined in the summer of 2006.

On 6 September 2009, Wijnhard guest-starred for the Aston Villa Old Stars in a charity match against Solihull Consultants & GP's at Solihull Moors' ground. He scored in the 8–1 victory.

Clyde now runs his own eco-friendly lighting company and also helps young Dutch footballers gain trials at English clubs.
