Barone has three children: Gianna, Stefano, and Isabella who all reside in the Seattle metropolitan area of Washington. Clancy and his wife, Rosie, live in Denver, Colorado.
Barone's wife, Rosie, is a nationally recognized and nationally ranked Figure / Fitness competitor. She spends her time between San Diego, Las Vegas and Atlanta as an advocate for fitness for young girls. Rosie was also recently featured on the website athleteswives.com as one of the sexiest wives in the National Football League
