Christopher A. Sinclair (born September 5, 1950, Hong Kong) is an American businessman. He is the current Chairman of the Executive Committee of Mattel, Inc., the world's largest toy company. He is the former Chairman and CEO of Pepsi-Cola and the former executive chairman and CEO of Cambridge Solutions Ltd. the second largest BPO/IT company in the world. He is the founder and chairman of Scandent Group, the privately owned holding company which owns Cambridge Solutions Ltd.
