Chris Foy (referee)
Christopher J. Foy (born 20 November 1962 in St. Helens, Lancashire) is an English professional football referee who officiates primarily in the Premier League. He is a member of the Liverpool County Football Association.
Since his first appointment as an official in the Football League in 1994 and his promotion to the list of Select Group Referees in 2001 Foy has refereed a number of notable matches, including the FA Community Shield and the finals of the FA Trophy, Football League Cup and FA Cup.
