Chorley Interchange is served by trains operated by Northern Rail and First TransPennine Express. Northern Rail run services to Blackpool North, Preston, Bolton, Manchester, Stockport and Hazel Grove.
First TransPennine Express also run services to Blackpool, Preston, Bolton and Manchester, also serving Manchester Airport, Barrow, Carlisle, Glasgow Central and Edinburgh Waverley.
