Many Hip Hop Artists have referenced the dice game "Cee-lo" in rap songs ever since the 1990's. Typically east coast rappers as Cee Lo is more popular in the east coast (Craps is more popular along the West Coast) Most Notably Nas, and the Notorious B.I.G. as well as many other hip hop artists.
