Carnival Freedom - Eating and Dining

Eating and Dining

There are six places where you can get food on the ship. This does include the 2 dining rooms the Posh Dining Room and the Chic Dining Room. These are open for only dinner the first day of your cruise, but open for breakfast and lunch as well as dinner all other days. The Lido Deck or 9th floor and the Panorama Deck or 10th floor has all the rest of the food. There is a large buffet open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Near the end of the cruise though there is a Chocalate Extravaganza in this buffet. There is 24 hour pizza and calzones on the ship which is also on the 9th floor and a grill that is open lunch through dinner (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM). 4 ice cream machines are all located on the lido deck and are near the 2 pools. The flavores include strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla which can also be Frozen Yogurt some days. Another place to eat is the Asian bar which has many Asian and spicy foods. The last but one of the most professional is the Steakhouse on the Panorama Deck. This you are required to dress up and is $35 to eat here.

Famous quotes containing the words eating and, eating and/or dining:

After all anybody is as their land and air is. Anybody is as the sky is low or high. Anybody is as there is wind or no wind there. That is what makes a people, makes their kind of looks, their kind of thinking, their subtlety and their stupidity, and their eating and their drinking and their language.
    Gertrude Stein (1874–1946)

That anger can be expressed through words and non-destructive activities; that promises are intended to be kept; that cleanliness and good eating habits are aspects of self-esteem; that compassion is an attribute to be prized—all these lessons are ones children can learn far more readily through the living example of their parents than they ever can through formal instruction.
    Fred Rogers (20th century)

I had rather be shut up in a very modest cottage, with my books, my family and a few old friends, dining on simple bacon, and letting the world roll on as it liked, than to occupy the most splendid post which any human power can give.
    Thomas Jefferson (1743–1826)
