Carl Hayman (born 14 November 1979 in Opunake, New Zealand) is an international rugby union footballer who has played at tighthead prop for Otago at provincial level, the Highlanders in the Super 14 and the All Blacks at international level. Hayman currently plays for RC Toulonnais in the Top 14 Rugby Competition.
