Carl Dickinson

Carl Dickinson

Carl Matthew Dickinson (born 31 March 1987) is an English footballer who plays for Watford. He is a left back.

Dickinson started his career at Stoke City, and helped them gained promotion to the Premier League in 2008. He made five Premier League appearances for Stoke, but spent most of the remainder of his Stoke career on loan to Football League clubs. These included Barnsley, for whom he scored his first senior goal, and Portsmouth. Dickinson joined Watford on a permanent transfer in 2011, for an undisclosed fee.
