Caerphilly (UK Parliament Constituency) - Boundaries

Boundaries

The Caerphilly constituency covers roughly the southern and eastern half of Caerphilly district, the part of the district traditionally located in Glamorgan. In the north-west of the constituency are communities such as Hengoed and Ystrad Mynach, travelling in a southeasterly direction through Caerphilly and Llanbradach to the rural outcrops bordering Cardiff.

Famous quotes containing the word boundaries:

Whereas the Greeks gave to will the boundaries of reason, we have come to put the will’s impulse in the very center of reason, which has, as a result, become deadly.
    Albert Camus (1913–1960)

It is the story-teller’s task to elicit sympathy and a measure of understanding for those who lie outside the boundaries of State approval.
    Graham Greene (1904–1991)

Women’s art, though created in solitude, wells up out of community. There is, clearly, both enormous hunger for the work thus being diffused, and an explosion of creative energy, bursting through the coercive choicelessness of the system on whose boundaries we are working.
    Adrienne Rich (b. 1929)
