Personal Life
Bruno was born to former volleyball players Bernardinho and Vera Mossa. Vera Mossa played for Brazil women's national team at the 1980 Moscow Olympics, the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics and the 1988 Seoul Olympics, while Bernandinho won a silver medal at the 1984 Summer Olympics. Bruno's parents divorced when he was a child, and his father remarried to former volleyball player Fernanda Venturini in 1999. Thus Bruno has a half sister Julia.
