British Academy Video Games Awards
In 2003, the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) announced that they would be splitting their BAFTA Games Awards from the BAFTA Interactive Entertainment Awards. The Games Awards are given to recognize eminent computer and video games.
